Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Michigan Chapter Honors Leaders in the Construction Industry

Midland, Michigan, January 2021 – ABC Greater Michigan Chapter is proud to announce the winners of multiple awards to recognize companies in various trades in the construction industry.

The 2020 Excellence In Construction (EIC) awards is a staple for chapters across the country and recognizes outstanding projects, craftsmanship and the work of member companies. Projects were submitted in a variety of categories. The following companies were awarded, along with their category and project:

Three member companies were also recognized on their outstanding growth, including: Michigan ICS, Inc.; Swift Wall Solutions; and Town & Country Electric, Inc. Each company was presented with the “Outstanding Company Growth Award 2019-2020.”

In addition, ABC-GMC recognized three members that have displayed a lifetime of dedication to the merit shop philosophy and commitment to the chapter. 2020 Lifetime Achievement awards were given to Brian Stadler of Wolgast Corporation, Mike Parsons of Valley Electrical Contractors and Jerry Whittington of Valley Electrical Contractors.  

It is an honor to recognize all of the individuals and companies for their outstanding leadership, safety practices and construction work that make our region great.
