Associated Builders & Contractors’ Ambassadors act as the goodwill, public relations arm of ABC by reaching out to existing members to encourage participation at ABC events, support the organization by educating businesses on member benefits, give feedback to staff on the needs of members and assist at various events. We appreciate our ambassadors and the companies they work for!
Born and raised in Midland, Blain Anderson started as a producer with Bone and Bailey Insurance Agency in 2016. He is married to his wife Emily Anderson, and they have two sons, Alex and Dylan.
In addition to serving as an ABC ambassador, Blain is on the board of Junior Achievement, on the fund development committee for Safe & Sound, and he also serves on the board for Tapped. Blain received his bachelor’s degree from Northwood University.
In his free team Blain enjoys golfing, skiing and coaching his children’s sports teams.
Blain hopes being more involved with ABC and its members will rub off on him. He said, “I’m not handy AT ALL so learning about the skilled trades might make my wife happy!”
Why do you serve as an ambassador? “I
really enjoy getting to know new people, learn about the different
organizations, and what they offer!”
