CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be received at least seven business days before the start of any event. Cancellations must be received in by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org

Refunds will typically be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow three weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive any materials that have been received to other registrants.
