Over the years, ABC has looked to Masud Labor Law Group not only for important legal advice, but also for taking on the big cases. The firm successfully invalidated the Michigan Prevailing Wage Act for nearly three years. They have successfully nullified local prevailing wage ordinances. The firm has been instrumental in achieving positive adjustments for ABC contractors in regard to the State’s enforcement of these and other labor and employment related laws and regulations. Masud Labor Law Group is a key player in Lansing, having provided expert testimony on Right-to-Work and Prevailing Wage legislation, and participated in administrative rulemaking of State labor-related agencies.
